FurBuddy™ Return & Refund Policy

At FurBuddy™, your satisfaction and your pet’s safety come first. We provide a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a 30-Day Limited Warranty on all eligible orders.

What’s Covered

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

  • Missing items or major leakage upon arrival

  • Functional issues under normal use within 30 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene and safety, opened/used sprays that are not defective are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Document the issue: Take clear photos and a short video (include the box and shipping label).

  2. Email us: Send files and order details (name, order number, delivery date, concern) to furfreshoral.shopify24@gmail.com.

  3. Review time: Our team will review within 2–3 business days and confirm next steps.

Replacements

  • If approved, we’ll send a free replacement once the issue is verified.

  • In cases of our fault (wrong/defective item), replacement shipping is on us.

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • COD orders: refunds are issued via GCash or bank transfer (we’ll request your details securely via email).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is released.

Shipping Costs

  • Our fault (damaged/defective/incorrect): FurBuddy covers return or replacement shipping.

  • Change of mind / no issue found: Customer shoulders return shipping. (Opened/used items may be denied for hygiene reasons.)

Eligibility Checklist

  • Request is within 30 days from delivery date.

  • Item is in original condition with packaging, except when reporting factory defect/damage.

  • Proof (photos/video) is provided.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions

  • Lost or stolen packages after successful delivery scan

  • Opened/used items returned for change of mind

  • Free gifts and promotional items (unless defective)
