Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD order approval.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS for easy monitoring.

Delivery Partner

We deliver nationwide through J&T Express, one of the Philippines’ most reliable logistics partners.
All parcels are shipped via standard door-to-door delivery to ensure fast and secure arrival.

Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

We currently offer Free Nationwide Shipping on all FurBuddy™ orders.

If the free shipping promotion ends, a flat-rate fee of ₱150 will apply.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all areas nationwide covered by J&T Express.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Important Information

• Once orders are handed over to J&T Express, FurBuddy™ is not liable for courier-related delays or service disruptions.

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, uncontactable number, or refusal to receive the parcel, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

• Customers are encouraged to track their parcels regularly using the tracking number provided.
